{"id":21184,"date":"2016-09-05T15:04:00","date_gmt":"2016-09-05T15:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/alertas2\/"},"modified":"2024-09-24T20:59:40","modified_gmt":"2024-09-24T20:59:40","slug":"alertas2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/es\/alertas2\/","title":{"rendered":"MAAP #43: Alertas Tempranas de Deforestaci\u00f3n en la Amazon\u00eda Peruana, Parte 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En el reporte anterior,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/2016\/alertas-tempranas\/\">MAAP #40<\/a>,\u00a0destacamos la gran utilidad de combinar las alertas tempranas\u00a0GLAD con un an\u00e1lisis de im\u00e1genes satelitales de alta resoluci\u00f3n, como parte de un <strong>sistema integral<\/strong> de <strong>monitoreo de deforestaci\u00f3n en tiempo casi real<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0que permita la validaci\u00f3n de las alertas e identificaci\u00f3n de drivers en la <strong>Amazonia peruana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En el <strong>presente MAAP<\/strong>,\u00a0mostramos <strong>3 ejemplos nuevos<\/strong>\u00a0de la efectividad de este sistema de monitoreo en diferentes regiones de la Amazon\u00eda peruana.\u00a0<em>Haga clic para agrandar\u00a0las im\u00e1genes, abajo<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Ejemplo 1:<strong> Miner\u00eda A<b>ur\u00edfera<\/b>\u00a0Ilegal<\/strong> en la zona de amortiguamiento del <b>Parque Nacional Bahuaja Sonene<\/b>\u00a0(Madre de Dios)<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Ejemplo 2: <strong>Carretera Forestal\u00a0<\/strong>en la zona de amortiguamiento del<strong> <b>Parque Nacional Cordillera Azul<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0(Ucayali\/Loreto)<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Ejemplo 3<strong>: <\/strong>Deforestaci\u00f3n dentro del <strong>Bosque de Producci\u00f3n Permanente<\/strong>\u00a0(Ucayali)<\/p>\n<div class=\"fitem-sep\"><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Ejemplo 1: Miner\u00eda Ilegal en la zona de amortiguamiento del <b>Parque Nacional Bahuaja Sonene<\/b>\u00a0(Madre de Dios)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En el reporte anterior,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/2015\/image-5-gold-mining-deforestation-intensifies-along-upper-malinowski-madre-de-dios-peru-_\/\">MAAP #5<\/a>, discutimos acerca de\u00a0la deforestaci\u00f3n por<strong> miner\u00eda aur\u00edfera ilegal<\/strong> a lo largo de la cuenca alta del<strong>\u00a0R\u00edo Malinowski<\/strong>, ubicada en la zona de amortiguamiento del <strong>Parque Nacional Bahuaja Sonene<\/strong>. En la\u00a0<strong>Imagen 43a<\/strong>, se puede visualizar que el alto\u00a0Malinowski se encuentra aguas arriba de las zonas invadidas por la actividad minera, en la Reserva Nacional Tambopata y su\u00a0zona de amortiguamiento (ver los reportes\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/2016\/tambopata350\/\">MAAP #39<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/2016\/la-pampa\/\">#31<\/a> para m\u00e1s detalles).\u00a0En el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/2015\/image-5-gold-mining-deforestation-intensifies-along-upper-malinowski-madre-de-dios-peru-_\/\">MAAP #5<\/a>, reportamos la deforestaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 850 hect\u00e1reas entre el 2013 y el 2015, ubicadas en\u00a0el Alto Malinowski. En el presente reporte, mostramos que la deforestaci\u00f3n\u00a0a causa de\u00a0la minera ilegal contin\u00faa en el 2016, con\u00a0una p\u00e9rdida adicional de\u00a0<strong>238 hect\u00e1reas<\/strong> (equivalente a 326 campos de f\u00fatbol).\u00a0Los\u00a0<strong>Cuadros\u00a0A-C<\/strong>\u00a0corresponden a las \u00e1reas mostradas en los zooms de alta resoluci\u00f3n, abajo.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_5040\" class=\"thumbnail aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/MAAP_Malinowski_glad_2016_v3-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5040\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/MAAP_Malinowski_glad_2016_v3-1.jpg\" alt=\"Imagen 43a. Datos: Planet, Digital Globe (Nextview)<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"fitem-sep\"><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Ejemplo 2: Carretera Forestal en la zona de amortiguamiento del<strong> <b>Parque Nacional Cordillera Azul<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0(Ucayali\/Loreto)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En el anterior reporte,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/2015\/maap18-carreteras-forestales\/\">MAAP #18<\/a>, detallamos la proliferaci\u00f3n de caminos forestales en\u00a0la zona central de la Amazon\u00eda peruana, durante el\u00a0a\u00f1o\u00a02015. En el presente reporte, mostramos que durante los \u00faltimos meses del a\u00f1o 2016,\u00a0se ha reactivado la expansi\u00f3n de estos caminos.\u00a0As\u00ed, la\u00a0<strong>Imagen 43e<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>muestra el <strong>avance de dos caminos forestales\u00a0<\/strong>pr\u00f3ximos al l\u00edmite regional\u00a0de Loreto y Ucayali, respectivamente. El color rojo indica\u00a0lo construido durante el a\u00f1o\u00a02016 (<strong>47 km<\/strong>). Los\u00a0<strong>Cuadros\u00a0A1-A3<\/strong>\u00a0se muestran debajo en im\u00e1genes de alta resoluci\u00f3n para poder visualizar el \u00e1rea con detalle. N\u00f3tese que la v\u00eda del norte (Cuadro A3) se ubica al interior de la zona de amortiguamiento del <strong>Parque Nacional Cordillera Azul<\/strong>.\u00a0Las im\u00e1genes presentadas sugieren que este camino no ser\u00eda legal, ya que la expansi\u00f3n que muestra a la fecha no se encuentra dentro del \u00e1rea donde pueden otorgarse permisos forestales que permitan la construcci\u00f3n de caminos forestales\u00a0(ver <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/2015\/maap18-carreteras-forestales\/\">MAAP #18<\/a>\u00a0para m\u00e1s detalles).<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_5014\" class=\"thumbnail aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/MAAP_Ucayali_roads_2016_v1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5014\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/MAAP_Ucayali_roads_2016_v1.jpg\" alt=\"Imagen 42c. La\u00a0<strong>Imagen 43f<\/strong>\u00a0muestra la construcci\u00f3n de una secci\u00f3n ubicada en la v\u00eda del sur (Cuadro A1), y muestra tambi\u00e9n\u00a0la deforestaci\u00f3n\u00a0de una parcela agr\u00edcola entre abril (panel izquierdo) y julio (panel derecho) del 2016. Datos: Planet<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"fitem-sep\"><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Ejemplo 3: Deforestaci\u00f3n dentro Bosque del Producci\u00f3n Permanente\u00a0(Ucayali)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>Imagen 43i<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>muestra la reciente deforestaci\u00f3n de <strong>136<\/strong> <strong>hect\u00e1reas<\/strong> (equivalente a<strong> 186 campos de f\u00fatbol<\/strong>) en el 2016, en\u00a0la localidad de Sepahua al sur de la regi\u00f3n Ucayali.\u00a0La deforestaci\u00f3n ocurri\u00f3 en \u00e1reas clasificadas como\u00a0Bosque de Producci\u00f3n Permanente (BPP) y\u00a0concesi\u00f3n forestal maderable.\u00a0Esta clasificaci\u00f3n corresponde a\u00a0\u00e1reas zonificadas para usos forestales sostenibles, m\u00e1s no para tala o deforestaci\u00f3n con fines agr\u00edcolas, por tanto, ponemos en duda la legalidad de la deforestaci\u00f3n.\u00a0Los\u00a0<strong>Cuadros\u00a0A-B<\/strong>\u00a0corresponden a las \u00e1reas mostradas en los zooms de alta-resoluci\u00f3n, abajo.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_5004\" class=\"thumbnail aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Sepahua_def_2016_3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5004\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Sepahua_def_2016_3.jpg\" alt=\"Imagen 43i.
