Datos: NASA, ESA, JRC\/Google<\/div><\/div>\n<p>Intensas precipitaciones han generado desbordes e inundaciones en la costa norte y centro del Per\u00fa, durante marzo del 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de\u00a0un fen\u00f3meno denominado El Ni\u00f1o Costero, producido por el calentamiento an\u00f3malo del mar, focalizado en la costa ecuatorial\u00a0del oc\u00e9ano Pac\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Imagen 56<\/strong> muestra un estimado preliminar de las \u00e1reas inundadas en la costa norte. La estimaci\u00f3n de estas \u00e1reas (color rojo), se ha generado a trav\u00e9s de un an\u00e1lisis con im\u00e1genes de radar (Sentinel-1), identificando las zonas con saturaci\u00f3n de agua.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, mostramos im\u00e1genes satelitales de las zonas indicadas por los Cuadros A-D, los cuales representan ejemplos precisos de los tipos de inundaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En todos los mapas, los puntos rojos indican los mismos lugares entre los paneles.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fitem-sep\"><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Formaci\u00f3n de Lagunas Temporales<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Uno de los fen\u00f3menos que sirve como indicador de\u00a0un periodo\u00a0intenso de lluvias en las partes altas del norte es la formaci\u00f3n de las lagunas temporales La Ni\u00f1a y La Ni\u00f1a Sur, en la regi\u00f3n Piura. Datos: ESA<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"fitem-sep\"><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Inundaciones que afectan Pueblos, Infraestructura, y Cultivos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La <strong>Imagen 56b<\/strong>\u00a0muestra algunos puntos en donde\u00a0las inundaciones han afectado\u00a0la carretera Panamericana, entre enero (panel izquierdo) y marzo (panel derecho), en la regi\u00f3n\u00a0Lambayeque.
