Data: Planet.<\/div><\/div>\n<p>Come\u00e7amos uma nova s\u00e9rie sobre como aproveitar o poder da\u00a0<strong>nuvem<\/strong>\u00a0para melhorar o monitoramento em tempo real na Amaz\u00f4nia e al\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 medida que a quantidade de dados de imagens de sat\u00e9lite disparou, tamb\u00e9m aumentaram os desafios das equipes de pesquisa para utilizar totalmente essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es abundantes e pesadas (em termos de terabytes).<\/p>\n<p>Em resposta, empresas de tecnologia como\u00a0<strong>Google, Amazon e Microsoft<\/strong>\u00a0t\u00eam oferecido seu poderoso poder computacional, via internet (nuvem), para ajudar a processar, analisar, exibir e armazenar big data.<\/p>\n<p>Aqui, destacamos\u00a0<strong>o Google Earth Engine<\/strong>\u00a0, que foi projetado para o processamento livre de informa\u00e7\u00f5es geoespaciais (incluindo imagens de sat\u00e9lite) e publica\u00e7\u00e3o de resultados em aplicativos da web.<\/p>\n<p>Em nosso primeiro exemplo, mostramos o poder do Google Earth Engine para ajudar no\u00a0<strong>monitoramento de inc\u00eandios na Amaz\u00f4nia boliviana<\/strong>\u00a0. Conforme observado em nossos\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/2019\/amazon-fires-part2\/\" data-feathr-click-track=\"true\" data-feathr-link-aids=\"6182f4e07f71b7b1555341c3\">relat\u00f3rios anteriores<\/a>\u00a0, a temporada de inc\u00eandios de 2019 na Bol\u00edvia foi intensa, com v\u00e1rios inc\u00eandios importantes nas florestas secas e savanas amaz\u00f4nicas.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, h\u00e1 uma necessidade urgente de monitoramento em tempo real de\u00a0<strong>inc\u00eandios ativos<\/strong>\u00a0para auxiliar os esfor\u00e7os cont\u00ednuos de gerenciamento de inc\u00eandios em n\u00edvel nacional. Em resposta, desenvolvemos o aplicativo descrito abaixo.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fitem-sep\"><\/div>\n<h3><strong>O aplicativo \u201c\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/luciovilla.users.earthengine.app\/view\/monitoring-amazon-fires\" data-feathr-click-track=\"true\" data-feathr-link-aids=\"6182f4e07f71b7b1555341c3\">Inc\u00eandios na Amaz\u00f4nia \u2013 Bol\u00edvia<\/a>\u00a0\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div id=\"attachment_8601\" class=\"thumbnail alignright\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"attachment_8601\" class=\"thumbnail alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/maaproject.org-maap-111-fires-in-the-bolivian-amazon-using-google-earth-engine-to-monitor-app-ss.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8601\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maapprogram.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/maaproject.org-maap-111-fires-in-the-bolivian-amazon-using-google-earth-engine-to-monitor-app-ss-930x455.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"688\" height=\"337\" \/><\/a><div class=\"caption\">Screen shot of the \u201cAmazon Fires \u2013 Bolivia\u201d app.<\/div><\/div>\n<p>Desenvolvemos o\u00a0<strong>aplicativo \u201c\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/luciovilla.users.earthengine.app\/view\/monitoring-amazon-fires\" data-feathr-click-track=\"true\" data-feathr-link-aids=\"6182f4e07f71b7b1555341c3\">Inc\u00eandios na Amaz\u00f4nia \u2013 Bol\u00edvia<\/a>\u00a0\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0que permite aos usu\u00e1rios acessar e analisar facilmente um arquivo de imagens de sat\u00e9lite recentes dos inc\u00eandios na Amaz\u00f4nia boliviana em tempo quase real.<\/p>\n<p>Especificamente, o usu\u00e1rio pode comparar\u00a0<strong>dados de aeross\u00f3is<\/strong>\u00a0(do sat\u00e9lite Sentinel-5P) com\u00a0<strong>imagens recentes de cinco sat\u00e9lites diferentes<\/strong>\u00a0(radar Terra, Aqua, Suomi, Sentinel-2 e Sentinel-1).<\/p>\n<p>Recomendamos\u00a0visualizar os dados\u00a0<strong>do\u00a0<\/strong><strong>aerossol no painel esquerdo<\/strong>\u00a0e as imagens mais recentes\u00a0<strong>no painel direito<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.esa.int\/Our_Activities\/Observing_the_Earth\/Copernicus\/Sentinel-5P\/Monitoring_air_pollution_from_fires\" data-feathr-click-track=\"true\" data-feathr-link-aids=\"6182f4e07f71b7b1555341c3\"><strong>Os dados de Aeresol<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tropomi.eu\/data-products\/uv-aerosol-index\" data-feathr-click-track=\"true\" data-feathr-link-aids=\"6182f4e07f71b7b1555341c3\">\u00a0\u00cdndice de Aerossol Ultravioleta<\/a>\u00a0) fazem um trabalho surpreendentemente bom de destacar com precis\u00e3o e exatid\u00e3o a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de inc\u00eandios ativos porque est\u00e3o mostrando as emiss\u00f5es reais (poluentes) dos inc\u00eandios (ao contr\u00e1rio dos dados de alerta de inc\u00eandio comumente usados \u200b\u200bque detectam anomalias gerais de temperatura, n\u00e3o inc\u00eandios reais). \u00c9 importante notar que eles podem ser calculados na presen\u00e7a de nuvens para que a cobertura di\u00e1ria e global seja poss\u00edvel. Este aplicativo representa um dos primeiros usos importantes dos dados de aerossol do Sentinel-5P para detectar inc\u00eandios em tempo real.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Os vermelhos<\/strong>\u00a0indicam os n\u00edveis mais altos de aeresol (e provavelmente os maiores inc\u00eandios), seguidos de<strong>\u00a0laranja<\/strong>\u00a0,<strong>\u00a0amarelo,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>verde<\/strong>\u00a0,<strong>\u00a0azul claro<\/strong>\u00a0,<strong>\u00a0roxo<\/strong>\u00a0,<strong>\u00a0azul escuro<\/strong>\u00a0e<strong>\u00a0preto<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>Observe que, se voc\u00ea diminuir o zoom, os dados de aeross\u00f3is tamb\u00e9m cobrem grande parte da\u00a0<strong>Amaz\u00f4nia brasileira<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, novas imagens s\u00e3o inclu\u00eddas automaticamente no aplicativo quando s\u00e3o adicionadas ao conjunto de dados do Google Earth Engine (normalmente com um atraso de um ou dois dias), mas durante per\u00edodos cr\u00edticos, carregaremos manualmente novas imagens diariamente.<\/p>\n<p>Nossa esperan\u00e7a \u00e9 que os atores relevantes, incluindo o governo e as equipes de combate a inc\u00eandios, possam usar essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es em tempo real para lidar melhor com os inc\u00eandios.<\/p>\n<p>Link para o aplicativo \u201cAmazon Fires \u2013 Bol\u00edvia\u201d:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/luciovilla.users.earthengine.app\/view\/monitoring-amazon-fires\" data-feathr-click-track=\"true\" data-feathr-link-aids=\"6182f4e07f71b7b1555341c3\"><strong>https:\/\/luciovilla.users.earthengine.app\/view\/monitoring-amazon-fires<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"fitem-sep\"><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Guia de Imagens<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>O aplicativo mostra imagens em cores naturais.
